Bollywood Actor Salman Khan Targeted by Gang for Blackbuck Incident
In a shocking turn of events, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has once again found himself targeted by a notorious gang known for their criminal activities. The Bishnoi gang, infamous for their involvement in murders and extortion, was recently arrested for firing at Khan’s home in Mumbai.
The gang’s vendetta against Khan can be traced back to an incident in 1998 when the actor was accused of shooting two blackbucks, an endangered species revered by the Bishnoi community who considers them to be the reincarnation of their spiritual guru. Khan was later convicted and sentenced to 5 years in jail for violating the Wildlife Protection Act in 2018, although the penalty was suspended on appeal.
Despite this legal reprieve, the gang leader Lawrence Bishnoi had previously threatened Khan with assassination, leading to the actor being constantly guarded by armed policemen due to the persistent threats on his life. The recent attack on Khan’s home is believed to be a direct response to the suspension of his jail sentence, prompting the gang to take matters into their own hands.
This incident adds to the controversies that have surrounded Khan over the years, including the infamous hit-and-run case in 2002 which is still ongoing. Despite these legal troubles, Khan remains a bankable figure in Bollywood with nearly 150 films to his credit.
As the investigation into the attack on Khan’s home continues, the authorities are working to ensure the safety and security of the actor in light of the escalating threats from the Bishnoi gang. Stay tuned for further updates on this developing story.
